Small Claim Filing

Basic Package -- This Package produces a small claim form ready to be filed in the appropriate District Court.  This Package also includes detailed instructions -- everything from verifying the information in the initial form to preparation for and appearance at trial.  The small claim form and instructions will be downloaded to your computer and you will be required to sign, file and serve the court form.  As noted above, instructions regarding filing and service are provided in the package.  The forms and instructions are provided by smallclaim123.com, through its affiliate Legal Advice Line, LLP.   If you have any questions regarding the Basic Package, you are encouraged to contact the Legal Advice Line at 888-367-5252 or via email at support@legaladviceline.com.

"123" Package -- This Package is identical to the Basic Package described above.   In addition, Legal Advice Line, Inc. ("LAL"), will file the small claim complaint on your behalf, via delivery to the appropriate court and arrange for the Defendant to be served via private process.  You need only fill out the form questionnaire and provide payment.  When you purchase the documents, you will download them, sign them and return them to our office for processing.  The instructions downloaded with the completed documents will contain details about this process.

LAL's (or it's affiliate's) private process server will make several visits to the Defendant's premises as necessary to effectuate service and/or to determine if the Defendant actually resides at the address provided.  So long as you provide an accurate address for the Defendant, this method of personal service is highly effective.  If you do not know the defendant's address, you may want to purchase a skip trace search from our website.  A skip trace search reveals information about a defendant's whereabouts, employment and other details.
